That’s the Starter Pack. We choose one to three tasks with you, connect your existing tools, add a layer of AI wherever something needs to be read, sorted or written, and hand you something that runs. You measure the time saved from the very first week.

    The first one runs in real conditions the next day. You check the results, we fine-tune.

    The rest, then the handover

    The other automations follow within the week. You leave with the documentation, and the Maintenance plan if you want us to keep an eye on things.

Frequently asked questions

How much does automation cost for a small business?

The Starter Pack starts at €1,490 excl. VAT for one to three automations. The exact price depends on how many tools are connected and how much AI is needed. It is set before we start, as a fixed price.

Which tools can you connect?

Anything with an API or an export: email, CRMs, spreadsheets, accounting and invoicing tools, booking systems, forms. If your business software has neither, we find a workaround or tell you so.

What does “first result within 24 hours” mean?

Once the audit is done and your access is set up, the first automation runs in real conditions the next day. The others follow within the week.

What if I need more than three automations?

We still start with three, the ones that pay off most. After that, we either follow up with a second Pack, or move on to an AI agent or custom development if that makes more sense.
