Monitoring and maintenance for your AI automations

An automation that breaks behind your back is worse than no automation at all. We monitor yours, fix them before you notice, and adapt them when your business changes.

That’s what the Maintenance plan is for: continuous monitoring of your automations and AI agents, fixes included, and a contact who already knows your setup, because they built it.

What’s included

  • Continuous monitoring

    Every automation is checked automatically. An error, a slowdown, expired access: we’re alerted before you are.

  • Fixes included

    When a tool changes and breaks a workflow, we fix it. It’s included in the fixed monthly fee, not billed on top.

  • Improvements

    Time set aside each month to adjust, add a case or connect a new tool, depending on the level of maintenance you choose.

  • Monthly review

    A clear report: what ran, what was fixed, the time saved, and what we recommend doing next.

How much does maintenance cost?

From €150 excl. VAT a month for a Starter Pack. The exact amount depends on the number of automations and agents to monitor, and the improvement time set aside each month.

Is maintenance mandatory?

No. Without it, we hand over clear documentation and stay reachable. Maintenance is there if you’d rather not have to think about it.

Can you maintain automations you didn’t build?

Yes, after an assessment. We document them, make them secure, then monitor them just like our own.

What happens if something breaks?

We’re alerted automatically, often before you are. We fix it, let you know, and explain the cause in the monthly report.
