Privacy policy

What we collect, why, for how long, and how you stay in control of it.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.

Who is responsible for your data

Morgan Morando and Corentin Postic, publishers of tonacolyte.com, based in Nice, France. For any question: contact@tonacolyte.com.

What data we collect

Only what you give us yourself:

  • Through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company, sector, company size, the description of your task, the page you came from and the time you gave your consent.
  • Through Cal.com booking: name, email and your answers to the booking questions.

This site uses no tracking or audience measurement cookies that would require your consent.

Why

  • To respond to your request and arrange a discovery call (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
  • To contact you about your project (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To protect the form against bots (legal basis: legitimate interest).

How long

If you don’t become a client, your data is deleted 3 years after our last exchange. If you do, it is kept for the duration of our relationship and then archived in line with our legal obligations.

Who has access

The two of us, and the following technical providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:

  • Cloudflare (website hosting, database restricted to the European Union, Turnstile bot protection).
  • Brevo (sending notification and confirmation emails, hosted in France).
  • Cal.com (appointment booking, only if you use this option).

Your data is never sold, nor used to train artificial intelligence models.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, object to its processing or ask for it to be ported. Write to us at contact@tonacolyte.com and we’ll reply within one month. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
